Return Policy
At ydnshoes.com, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of receipt. Please be aware that we do not cover return shipping costs at this time; customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
We may request photos to verify any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Important Notes:
- If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or if the customer refuses the package, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
- We are fully responsible for any direct manufacturer defects or incorrect items sent. In these cases, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Items returned without original packaging or in poor condition will be refused and sent back to the sender. We do not accept items that have been worn or used. If there are signs of use (such as perfume scents, deodorant marks, or dirty soles), the items will be returned to the sender. No exceptions will be made.
How to Return an Item
If you need to return an item, please start by emailing us at support@ydnshoes.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address via email. Please include a note with your order number inside the return package.
Keep your receipt or proof of postage from your local post office, and email us the tracking number once your return is sent.
Return Disclaimer
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet our return requirements may be denied and returned to the sender. All decisions made by our return department are final.
International Orders
For orders outside the United States, please note that we do not cover destination country taxes or duty charges. Before placing an order, please check for any restrictions, duties, taxes, or additional fees in your country. Ydnshoes.com is not responsible for customs taxes, duties, or fees. Ensure the correct recipient's full name and shipping address are provided to avoid delivery issues.
In the Event of the Following:
- The customer refuses the package
- No delivery attempt is made in the destination country
- No transit or delivery updates are available
Ydnshoes.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not issue refunds or compensation. If there are any errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will assist in resolving the issue as best as we can, but we are not responsible for any delays or losses due to the shipping carrier. If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, our standard return policy will apply (see "Return Policy" above).

Refunds are processed within 3 business days from the date we receive your return parcel.
4. How will my refunds be issued?
All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
5. Can I return multiple orders in one parcel?
Yes, you can return multiple orders in a single parcel, but please ensure each order's paperwork is included. It's helpful if each order is separated to clearly show which items belong to each order.
6. How can I track my return?
Make sure to obtain a receipt and tracking code for your parcel from the carrier's website. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of posting.
